Ferrous was watching a show on PBS with us. We tried to tell him that he and the tiger on screen were practically twins, but I’m not sure if he bought it.

This may or may not actually be a robin’s egg. There are other birds that lay blue eggs.

These are leftover from some kind of event at work. No idea what sort of event. I just know there are boxes and boxes of these lollipops in the break room.

My uncle and my cousin didn’t want me to take this picture, but I think it’s adorable. It’s been a long time since we were all together.

It’s not as obvious in the photo as it is in person, but if you look carefully, you can see exactly how long my raincoat is.

Many years ago, when my mom and I went on an Alaskan cruise, I bought this ulu for Doug. It’s technically a skinning knife, but works well for chopping nuts, herbs and other ingredients. Yes, we have a food processor, but sometimes it’s more satisfying to chop things this way.
