every time I see this sign I think it says “sundress” and I am momentarily confused…
I’m not a huge fan of spiders, but if they’re outdoors it’s OK. but this was pretty cool–a ton of newly hatched spiders climbing up our propane tank to the top of the fence where, presumedly, they floated away, just like at the end of Charlotte’s Web.
I’ve been looking for a really good S, and just couldn’t find one. but this one is at least interesting. so there was this international contest inviting designers to create benches for the Fort Point area. this one at least can sit one person in relative comfort.
Doug and I took a walk to this nearby park after dinner tonight. and it is plastered with signs telling you what you can’t do. how is that fun?

can’t believe my cousin Nathan graduated from law school. magna cum laude, no less! very very proud.
I had a workshop out at Old Sturbridge Village today, and I got there early so I could walk around a bit; I haven’t been there in years. I spent some time in the potter’s shop…fascinating to watch him work.
