My cousin Jeff and his family were in New England this weekend, and we had a lovely but far too brief visit today.
Really? Were these really necessary?
There was a press event at work today, and one of the speakers brought along his grandsons for the obligatory cute factor. Cake was served, and I guess it’s a good sign that the kids went off to play in the new exhibit rather than eat the giant slices of cake they cut for themselves.
It’s Al!!!! Al! Al! Al! Al!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!
I’ve gotten some pretty good pictures at MGH, I must say….
After tonight’s improv meet-up, we went to grab a bite to eat, as often happens. The restaurant had a large roll of white paper and some crayons to play with, so a couple of us played the scribble game–one person draws a scribble and the other person turns it into something. Thus was Sir Bertram the Bold brought into the world.
Found this guy while we were cleaning up this morning. I am fairly certain is a cicada, and clearly something is not right with its wing.
I think it was Rachel who bought this sign for us a number of years ago. It’s now as much of a tradition as the event itself. Summer is better!
