Went for a walk around an historical cemetery in Portland this afternoon. Cemeteries are often nice places to walk, and it seemed an appropriate thing to do on Halloween.
…clearly snuck into work overnight and set up on the climbing structure. It’s really tough to get a good shot in this area of the building because there’s so much light coming from one side, but I still wanted to share this.
There was a workshop today for some employees from a local toy company. They were fun people, who liked to play, and took doodling to a whole new level.
Doug already posted his picture here, but I wanted to add one of my own. So Doug is….well….he’s Doug. So now the new cupola on the garage is our own little Hancock tower. I think this is hilarious, and I hope the neighbors enjoy it.
No, not really. The porch has a fresh coat of stain on, so we are not to walk on it for a few days. We’ll be using the back door instead.
An activity at work today: playing with natural dyes. We had some beautiful colors from cranberries, red cabbage and onions.
A coworker actually called me on the walkie-talkie to come outside and check out this web at the loading dock. It is a very nice web.
No, really. You can’t. It’s part of the museum collections.
All set up and ready to sell!
This is a Western Hercules Beetle. It came to work today. It’s big.
