Another picture that isn’t super exciting.  It amuses me that there’s so many different types and colors of tape.

Apparently “veal birds” are a traditional dish that was created as a way to stretch expensive meats.   Doug and I often have “pork birds” or, in this case, “chicken birds” (which seems a bit silly). He makes it as thin strips of meat, breaded, and rolled up with bacon.  Mmmmmm….

Not much to say about this photo, but for some reason, I quite like it.

I don’t like most plants that have neatly ball shaped flowers (like allium).  But I do like hydrangea.  While they look gorgeous in summer, I like the fading color of the fall too.

The coin pocket of my wallet had a torn seam, so all the coins were falling out of it, which was a bit of a bother.  So, I dumped all the coins out so I could make repairs.

On the last day of the “week of 3,”  I realized at around 8:30 that I hadn’t taken a photo.  So, here is an anticlimactic ending to the week.

Peppers and onions from the farmers market, and meat from our CSA make for very tasty kabobs.

But really, none of them led anywhere very interesting.

I know that, essentially, all pasta tastes the same, and the different shapes are meant to go well with different ingredients and sauces.  But I just think some of them are fun to eat.

Green, orange, red.  Yes, I know peppers also come in yellow and purple and probably other things, but this box had three colors.  Which is the theme.
