got to work today and went to the usual meeting space only to find no one there, except a somewhat creepy plastic baby. it led down the hall, through a trail of other creepy plastic babies, ending in this two. a strange way to start the day.
Unlit Christmas lights on a bare tree in the dim light of a grey day are not very festive.
I don’t know what this object is. It’s sitting on the stairs in the “things to go upstairs” pile. But it looks like some kind of futuristic rabbit. To me, anyway.
My best friend gave these to me on the occasion of our 30th anniversary because, as she put it, “we’re like peanut butter and jelly.” (I think I’m the peanut butter…)
A whole big pile of webkinz. My niece was really into these a year or so ago, but I never really understood what they’re all about. I’m okay with that.
I’m not a fan of taking the bus, but I suppose if that were my only option, I’d get used to it. I always think it’s kind of funny how the T buses drive around with the interior lights on. I wonder if it driver the bus drivers crazy…
I was pleased that there is a stripe of frosted glass across this window so no one inside saw me with the camera.
There were actually a number of people inside, and had a taken the shot from the other direction I would have got them all. But I kind of liked this guy sitting by himself at the front counter, eating his dinner.
so my theme this week is “outside looking in.” I was observing the other day all the lit up windows I saw as I walked along outside, and thought it could make for some interesting pictures.
I always think the trees look like they are wearing hairnets.
