sometimes even I am amused at the assortment of items that collects on my work table over the course of a day

hooray for plumbing!

I took this picture by setting my camera  on top of the….COUNTER!!!  woo hoo!!

all the leftover lumber, bags of trash and other stuff in this pile appear to be a great place to play, if you’re a chipmunk.

another therapy dog day at work. this is Takoda. working hard. 

so I suppose if we really wanted to, we could all the silverware away this weekend without actually opening the drawer. but this is our last chance, because the counter is coming on Monday!!!

the new sunroom is finally looking more like a room and less like a deck. or just a bare patch on the ground. I am amused to see that the flowers are still there.

such a fancy word for a board full of cured meat.  pig meat, in this case. which makes sense, because we had our meal at The Salty Pig in Back Bay.  With Nancy! which made it even better.

I suppose if you have to be at work at hour early for a meeting, this isn’t such a bad place to have it. Of course, they said it was a breakfast meeting, so it would have been nice to actually have breakfast. guess you can’t have everything.

the recyclables go in the green bin, trash goes in the blue bin, and small pink armchairs go on top of upside-down garbage pails.
