I spotted someone’s partially unrolled towel at the gym, and went to take a picture of it before she came back from the bathroom.

to be honest, I had kind of forgotten about this little theme. that’s why O took so long.

he is a black-and-white tegu lizard. he’s got a cool tongue.

we had a cookie decorating workshop at work today–for the staff, not the kids. at any rate, the cookies will all very Christmas-centric (except for the ones shaped like dinosaurs) so I felt the need to represent.

I’d love to know the story here. did someone write “Jesus” on their mug and then change their  mind about keeping it? or did someone else spot this as trash and write “Jesus” on it? or maybe someone was sent out to get coffee for the office, and this one was for Jesus, who then tossed it.

as I read somewhere online today, say it like you’re trying to hock a loogie.

we haven’t had a tree since we moved; we had no place to put one. but now the porch is a perfect place–keeps the tree cool and protected from the destructo-kitties.

we discovered watermelon radish thanks to Boston Organics. they are much milder than regular radishes, and are also very pretty!

I seriously think he may have fallen in if I hadn’t snickered and distracted him.
