Gandalf has accepted the new couch, and claimed it as part of his domain.

In preparation for the arrival of the new couch, we moved the old couch out of the way. And found all the cat toys….

This is kind of artsy for me, but I like it.

I was kind of hoping I’d be able to tuck this button into my purse for a while, and only pull it out when necessary. But nope…looks like I’ll be wearing it a while longer.

These are the other two kitties I am taking care of this weekend. In the back is Sabby, and in the foreground is the accurately named Dumpling, who is so very round.

I am taking care of a friend’s cats this weekend. This is Neechee (no, I’m not misspelling it, this is how his person spells his name). He is telling me that, in spite of the fact that there is food in his dish, he is starving and has never eaten, ever.

Jeff and Claire had their wedding at a tapas restaurant. Tapas are, of course, little bites of food. So there was little silverware with which to eat, which we all found terribly amusing.
