Got this “free gift” today:  a little key fob that hold bobby pins for those times you have a sudden hair emergency.  Or, you know, when you need to pick a lock.

Often when we scoop and flush the cat litter, Ferrous has to come in to investigate.

At the Newton North high school library.  I wonder what the students think of it.  I think it’s cute, but maybe not for a high school….

“Are you going to open the door?  We’d like to go on the porch please.  We are waiting very patiently…”

For the past three days, postcards like these have flooded our mailbox.   I’ve already made up my mind, so stop wasting the paper, dammit!

I meant to take this photo as part of the 7 day black-and-white challenge, but I kept forgetting.  So I took it today.

I don’t know what event happened at work last night, but ALL the leftover candy wound up in the staff lounge, including these ersatz M&Ms

Not so much mighty hunters of this beetle, but, oh boy did they sit and stare at it.  And occasionally bop it with a paw.  Thanks, guys.
