I went to the gym tonight and did not die. Sometimes that’s all you can really ask for.

holds a position of honor in Adam and Amy’s living room. Of course, no one ever talks about it.

Fridays at work can be pretty insane. I often don’t get a lunch break until after 2:00, after the afternoon/night shift have arrived. The folks who work that shift often don’t get much of a dinner break because there’s no one left to cover them. Some kind soul left this on my coworker’s desk in hopes that she’ll make some time to eat it.

so I stepped outside for lunch today and there was this film crew shooting the new Adam Sandler movie. I did not see Adam Sandler but I did see this guy.

No, he’s no one famous, but you must admit that is one pretty great mustache.

so I’m playing around with siphons, trying to put together an activity and a coworker walks in and says “shouldn’t you be doing that at HOME?”  It’s not what it looks like.

another spread of lovely flowers from the wildflower seeds we threw down last spring.  given that we had such low expectations, it’s been a very pleasant surprise!
