This was the first time in a long time that I’ve seen every single bike was in the rack.

Over the course of the day, this changed to “blue or brown eyes” and “short or long hair.”  It was a pretty fascinating experiment and people had a lot to say.  I went by it again during the eye color shift, and I was stymied:  my eyes are green.  Where should I pee?

Spending the night at Laurie’s and eventually managed to get in a few scritches with her kitty.

I’ve mentioned before, when I order stuff from smaller companies, I like to ask for drawings.  I usually forget I’ve done it, so it’s a surprise when the package arrives.

Had a blood draw today.  The bruise on the left is from the needle, to be expected.  The red marks on the right are from removing the tape!  That’s it.  I need to remember to tell the techs to use that sticky bandage instead.

I see things like this and I wonder:  who put them there?  why?  did they just not want them anymore?  did they hope someone who needs them might take them?  why why why…..?

The photo doesn’t really capture the mood I was thinking of when I saw this in person, but I still kind of like it.

You know how people have work-husbands and work-wives?  Cora has been my work-best-friend for nearly 10 years and I am really going to miss having her around.  Good luck at your next adventure!
