I made this little triangular cushion (and didn’t have time to stuff and finish the rectangular one) all by myself today, on a sewing machine. It was my first time using a sewing machine since Home Ec. in 6th grade.
That’s not just a description, that’s what this bug is called. It’s being held by an adult with normal size hands (as opposed to my tiny child hands). It’s really big.
I guess he doesn’t realize that the same hole in the tunnel that he likes to poke his head through also makes visible whatever part of him is at the hole.
A couple of weeks ago I posted a picture of all the wonderful drawings a company sent in response to my request for a drawing of a favorite animal. Well, my coworkers were happy to return the gesture, with drawings of our favorite snacks. I will put them in the mail later this week.
Voting always feels a bit anticlimactic. There’s all the debate and discussion and research who and what to vote for. This go ’round feels particularly essential. But in the end, in all of 5 minutes or os, we all go in and fill out our little ovals and nobody’s ovals count more than anyone else’s.
