We went through the house and gathered up serving dishes, bowls and such.  We’re going to need a LOT more than this, but it’s a start…

I made this little triangular cushion (and didn’t have time to stuff and finish the rectangular one) all by myself today, on a sewing machine.  It was my first time using a sewing machine since Home Ec. in 6th grade.

They love to cuddle, but Ferrous’s expression looks like he’d rather Gandalf didn’t cuddle so much with his feet.

That’s not just a description, that’s what this bug is called.  It’s being held by an adult with normal size hands (as opposed to my tiny child hands).  It’s really big.

Unless you’re Samuel L Jackson.  Then time stops when you tell it to.

I guess he doesn’t realize that the same hole in the tunnel that he likes to poke his head through also makes visible whatever part of him is at the hole.

My parents always told me I’d get ahead someday….  guess they were right. Of course, I also needed a hand.

Ferrous has also been enjoying the PBS series on big cats.  (Photo taken on my tablet, which is why it’s a big grainy.)

I got some takeout out a new ramen place today, and while I was waiting for my order, I sat at the sushi counter.

A couple of weeks ago I posted a picture of all the wonderful drawings a company sent in response to my request for a drawing of a favorite animal.  Well, my coworkers were happy to return the gesture, with drawings of our favorite snacks.  I will put them in the mail later this week.
