During today’s Playdate at work (yes, I have a weekly meeting called a Playdate), we learned how to make silkscreen prints. This is my effort. I’m quite pleased with it.

I was digging through my box of skulls today (yes), and came across a bag of bones labelled “rat skeleton.” This skull was in it. This is clearly NOT a rat skull. I’m not sure what it is, perhaps a weasel of some kind? A mystery, indeed.

Gandalf got a boo-boo on his back, and between him scratching it, and Ferrous continuing to attack him, it’s just not healing. A friend suggested putting a shirt on him, and he took it remarkably well (for a while). I couldn’t stop giggling.
an alarming afternoon
2020 is not off to a good start, library-wise. First, I lose my book list. Then, the library can’t help me retrieve it. Then, while I am sitting at a library computer, working on recreating it, the fire alarm goes off. Luckily, we were only outside 10-15 minutes; I could have gone to wait in my car, but it wasn’t that bad out.
