sometimes you just whip out your camera and snap a shot with no real thought or planning, and usually it doesn’t come out that great. but sometimes…it does.

I think this is my first picture of Parker on this go ’round of Project 365. But he looked so cute all nested on the back of the couch, how could I resist him?

I don’t know where Russo’s gets their carrots from, but they’re always huge.

put this weird little onion-y looking things into the ground. bury them. let them stay there all winter long and get snowed and sleeted on. in spring, they will be flowers.

Today was our annual PhUn (Physiology Understanding) Day at work. We learn about things like blood vessels, lung volume, muscles, heart rate and of course we look at bones. Like a frog skeleton.

Q:  what’s worse than a full 48oz can of Crisco?

A:  an empty 48oz can of Crisco.

and this, boys and girls, is why I prefer a long raincoat and rain hat on days like this.

This leaf was sitting on the handle of the garage door this morning, while all around me the sky was raining with its cousins.

I like this picture because I did not do any kind of color setting or modification, but there’s such a contrast. These really are the colors.
