There’s a little theater at work where short kid-friendly plays are performed. For many kids it’s their first live theater experience, so it’s important that it includes everything you would expect, including tickets.

The thing I like about this timetable is that even though it’s digital, it still makes the tik-tik-tik noise when the schedule updates.
circle time
remember circle time? the teacher reads a story, followed by deep analysis of said story and open discussion of whatever is important to a group of 5 year olds. those were the days.
on time
the theme of the week is Time.
Happily, the electronic ticker tape was correct today about the predicted arrival of the train. there was at least one day this winter that every time it scrolled by, it actually added a few minutes. that’s not how it’s supposed to work.

still living in the storm drain. I wonder if we’ll see the babies again this year.
specialized water
We have a special pitcher of water for the plants (it’s just allowed to sit out) and special water for Parker (with “kitty mouthwash” in it). I guess it’s kind of amusing.

happy April Fools Day, have a Nor’easter! In Boston, just enough snow to make walking treacherous, followed by a good amount of rain to make nice deep puddles.

humidity
The hermit crabs’ tank needs to be kept pretty humid–between 75-85%–but sometimes it gets a little too damp in there, and the front of the tank gets all sweaty and you can’t see through it.
