Ferrous in the sun….

I felt a bit illicit as I walked towards this sign…

I guess the pay phone really is dead…

Ferrous has been enjoying the windowsill since we brought him home almost a year ago. Gandalf has only recently started using it. which is good, because when we had the porch built, we told the contractor to make the windowsill an appropriate width for a cat.

as the plants grow in, I hope more birds will be attracted to our new patio area.

every time I see this sign I think it says “sundress” and I am momentarily confused…

I’m not a huge fan of spiders, but if they’re outdoors it’s OK. but this was pretty cool–a ton of newly hatched spiders climbing up our propane tank to the top of the fence where, presumedly, they floated away, just like at the end of Charlotte’s Web.

I’ve been looking for a really good S, and just couldn’t find one. but this one is at least interesting. so there was this international contest inviting designers to create benches for the Fort Point area. this one at least can sit one person in relative comfort.
