…is actually a peccary. Also known as a javelina.  But to those who know him personally, he’s just Gregory.

My workplace actually did something clever.  We were all offered the opportunity to wear jeans to work for a $5.00 fee that would go towards a colleagues Boston Marathon fundraising efforts.  There’s been a lot of denim around.

I must admit, I still don’t feel quite 100% convinced about this whole spring thing. It’s why I haven’t put my parka away for the season….

Apparently mainly beer, but I guess there’s food if you want that.

Mainly because he’s indoors….

Gandalf crawled around on Doug for quite a while before settling down briefly.  Shortly after I took this, he stretched out on the “hammock” between Doug and the footrest, which of course offered no support, causing him to slide into the crevasse, desperately reaching out a paw and calling “Fly,  you fools!”

For those who have ever wondered what acupuncture needles look like…

Had to run an errand over at the New England Aquarium today, so I took some time to visit the penguins, check out the new sea lion / fur seal area, and play with my camera’s underwater feature at the shark and ray touch tank.  Not a bad way to spend an hour.
