Ferrous (and Gandalf) have shown themselves to have no interest in bags or boxes. Yet today, when I dropped this bag on the floor, Ferrous was inside in about 10 seconds. Far be it from me to understand cats.

A coworker of mine went home to Japan for a visit, and asked if she could bring back anything. Kris requested some weird Japanese snacks, and this is what she got. I think I’ll stick to the original chocolate variety.

I have posted many photos of Russo’s Market’s wide selection of various produce. But I’ve never really paid attention to their pickle case. It’s quite extensive.

Doug and I went to a paint bar tonight. Appropriately enough, the subject was a snowy night in Boston along the Charles. We were both pretty pleased with our results; as Doug said “certainly good enough for the garage” (which is where our painting gallery resides).

Stretch limos are so pretentious. Especially at a place geared to kids and families.

For the second day in a row, my battery was dead. So, after it was jump started, I drove my car to the garage and asked the nice folks there if they could drop me at the Waltham train station; which I then took to Porter Square and the red line. Not a good start to the day.
