Poor guy…it’s been a tough week between school vacation and his imminent shed (see the grey discoloration all over him?). It should all settle down in a couple of days….

Even from under his security blanket, Ferrous likes to make sure his brother is nearby.
Also, this post is a test of transferring photos from my camera to my tablet, and making sure I can post…
An extremely windy, rainy night in Boston was too much for these brellies.

Like many people, we woke up to this problem today, in the downstairs bath. So, probably unlike many people, Doug got out the blowtorch….

Mass General is a the oldest and largest hospital in New England. This is the original hospital, now known as the Bullfinch Building, which opened in 1811.

One of my coworkers teaches a macrophotography mini-workshop for kids, and today when I went up to see how it was going, there was no one there. He asked if I wanted to have a go at it, and here’s my result. Clearly, not taken on my camera, but still taken by me.

I’ve been buying a lot of these lately….

I can’t remember the last time I was on something as mundane as penicillin. But apparently that’s still the way to go.
