this made me smile:  this woman very sternly and professionally dressed with her black suit and her briefcase and her phone….and her bright stripey rain boots.

no, really….there’s a new shop near work, and it’s called Bee’s Knees. lots of interesting foods, and even I could appreciate this impressive beer selection….

I guess with the allegations against Kevin Clash,  Elmo needs to find some work on the side.

I was walking behind the easter bunny on my way to work this morning. then I saw him stop for what resembled a drug deal.  just another catholic holy day….

I feel like this is one of those pictures that needs a “submit your own caption” contests….

I don’t usually photograph my meals, but this was just too pretty not to.

it was “healthy kids fest” at work today. one of the most popular activities is the “teddy bear clinic” where kids pick a bear (or rabbit, or owl, or….) and bring it around to different stations for a check-up.  it’s very cute. 

this company is covering all the bases I guess. although I suppose they could have also added the ridiculous “Our Friends At” 

it’s very zen to lie down  on the mat beneath the turtle tank and just talk about Life.  I like it when adults take that advice and get down there with their kids.

the place we went for lunch today had these mirrors with water flowing down them. pretty cool. I liked the distorted reflection of folks at the table. it was just about the only thing I liked about lunch.
