Mass General is a the oldest and largest hospital in New England.   This is the original hospital, now known as the Bullfinch Building, which opened in 1811.

 

One of my coworkers teaches a macrophotography mini-workshop for kids, and today when I went up to see how it was going, there was no one there.  He asked if I wanted to have a go at it, and here’s my result.  Clearly, not taken on my camera, but still taken by me.

I can’t remember the last time I was on something as mundane as penicillin.  But apparently that’s still the way to go.

I put together a new photo book, featuring highlights of the past few years of Project365.  I’m pleased with how the book came out too.

Ferrous (and Gandalf) have shown themselves to have no interest in bags or boxes.  Yet today, when I dropped this bag on the floor, Ferrous was inside in about 10 seconds. Far be it from me to understand cats.

A coworker of mine went home to Japan for a visit, and asked if she could bring back anything.  Kris requested some weird Japanese snacks, and this is what she got.  I think I’ll stick to the original chocolate variety.

No, the building is not on fire.  This is the reflection of this evening’s sunset.

Just hanging out together for most of the day today.
