Another year, another photo of the dock at the Island Queen ferry in Falmouth.  We’re on our way!

Today a coworker and I spent about 20 minutes using syringes to shoot food coloring into a slab of gelatin.   I did this at work, and got paid for the time. Even if you think it looks gross, it was still more fun than what you did at work, even though you got paid a lot more.

This mole appeared on my shoulder this morning.  Do you think I should have it checked out?

Watson Lizard is not doing very well, so we’ve taken him off exhibit, and he’s residing in my office.  I hope the peace and quiet help him feel better.

My workplace has a table at Comic Con this weekend, but a limited number of badges.  I was supposed to text my colleague when I arrived and she was to come out and meet me to deliver the badge.  At each checkpoint, I looked around for her, and then proceeded to the next checkpoint. When I arrived at our table, she said “Oh! You’re here!” and I said “Yep.  Security sucks.”

The good people from Hood were out front at work today, celebrating “National Ice Cream Sandwich Day” by handing out free treats!  Yum!

I’m fairly confident this came from a male goldfinch.  It sure is pretty.

I’m not usually in Back Bay, but tonight I had a MeetUp there.
