OK, it’s not really a secret. I’ve just never noticed this before because I rarely use this trash can. But apparently, this is how Doug gets rid of the stickers on produce. And since we rarely replace that trash bag (just dump its contents into another bag), the sticker collection grows…

I am fairly certain this is an eastern milk snake. Seen at Cutler Park on the southern edge of Newton this afternoon.

This flower comes in lots of colors, but this deep wine is probably my favorite.

Found a spiffy cheese board at the First Parish yard sale. Doug and I entertain a lot, and our friends seems to like cheese, so it was five bucks well spent
