I have never seen 2 cats as cuddly with each other as these two. I hope it doesn’t change, it’s adorable.

Narraganset artisan Allen Hazard demonstrates a traditional method of shaping quahog shells. He also uses a very scary machine to do this. 

I’ve spent the last 3 days messing around with pennies. Why? because my job is weird. and isn’t it weird that “many” and “penny” rhyme?

some of these crabs are really cool. a few of them have blue striped claws (see the guy on the top, towards the right), and one of them has just one white leg. I suspect he losts the leg and it’s not fully grown in yet.

there are at least 6 kinds of plums on this table. I didn’t even know there were 6 kinds of plums.

our new kitties are taking a lot of comfort in each other. 

so, looking at this wall, you’d think some kids were playing with the stones or something. but no…they are actually cemented there. maybe it’s to discourage people from sitting there, but the stones are too far apart for that. I hope it’s not because someone thought it was a good look….
