After a fun, if slightly overwhelming, trip to the new Asian market, we headed back to the house. Doug and Kris immediately took over the kitchen, with assistance from Steve. I stayed out of the way; as my friend MaLaura said “I admire your acceptance of yourself as non-chef.”
