I had some chicken stock left over from last night’s dinner, so I froze it in an ice cube tray as I often do. I noted that it filled 8 wells perfectly. Imagine my surprise, then, to find NINE frozen chicken stock cubes this morning. I guess we now know exactly how much chicken stock expands when frozen.
