As seen from our big conference room today, the bridge to Boston Harbor’s Long Island is starting to be dismantled.

The sun came out, making it warm enough to sit out here, at least with a blanket. No sign of kitties yet, though.

The Pie Fairy delivered a giant apple pie to our ski condo overnight.

Not 30,000 lbs of bananas, but we did get quite a bunch from Boston Organics this week.

Red flashing lights on our street: one of our neighbors not having a good evening.

Someone came to our front door during the night.

We have so much snow, even the juncos are confused: they usually come to the feeders before a snowstorm.

Yesterday I did my civic duty and gained access to our storm drain in advance of the predicted rain. This morning Lis and I did some civil engineering (otherwise known as chipping & digging) to get it to actually flow properly. Now if only our neighbor would do the same with the area’s fire hydrant.
