Ferrous often joins me during my caregiver support group meetings, and also sometimes during my therapy appointments. I don’t know how he knows that a little extra help would be appreciated, but he does.
Another treasure found from Dad’s house, and this one we are actually going to keep. As far as we can tell, you either load these up with cubes of cheese and then set them out for guests to take, or guests can use them like toothpicks, to individually select their own cheese. Either way….adorable.
In cleaning out Dad’s house, I have gathered up assorted silver pieces and have been polishing them in hopes of getting a little cash for them. This process is a pain in the ass, but also has a certain amount of instant gratification.
I don’t mind when squirrels come to the bird bath for a drink. In fact, I find it quite adorable. As long as the little shits stay away from the feeder and the owl box, we’re all good.
Usually with a little tussle. Then Gandalf looks over Ferrous like this. Then, they start wrestling and yelling for real. And then Gandalf winds up with tons of new puncture wounds on his head.
