Tonight we had dinner on the porch!  

Filling out an evaluation about an activity at work, this kid rated the activity a 4–“it was so difficult I couldn’t really do it.”  But then he clarified with this comment.  You go, kid.

Sometimes, you just see some really weird stuff.

Our cloth napkins were getting stained and faded, so I bought some new ones.  I like these….they’re nice and colorful and go with everything.

Went to the dealer tonight with Doug to get the ball rolling on his new car purchase.

So a while back, Doug and I were out to dinner somewhere, and I ordred “chicken under a brick” and it was super yummy delicious.  Doug (as Doug does) said “Well, I could make this.”  And now it is a regular item on our dinner menu.  And it is super yummy delicious.

You know the only reason this sign is here is that some genius (or, more likely, multiple geniuses) stuffed just a check in the ATM, or  dropped cash into the night drop. 

I cut up a pear for a snack today. And what did I use?  A paring knife, of course.

Ferrous was grooming himself and I swear he got distracted and forgot to pull his tongue back in. I just sat there and giggled at him.
