{"id":36,"date":"2009-02-01T19:27:10","date_gmt":"2009-02-01T19:27:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.parkercat.org\/doug365\/2009\/02\/01\/february_1\/"},"modified":"2009-02-01T19:27:10","modified_gmt":"2009-02-01T19:27:10","slug":"february_1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blog.parkercat.org\/doug365\/2009\/02\/01\/february_1\/","title":{"rendered":"February 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well, I made it one whole month with Project 365!&nbsp; I can&#8217;t say every picture is as interesting or as artistic as I might have hoped, but each day has a photo taken on that day.&nbsp; Let&#8217;s see if I can keep it up.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s photo is about house-hunting.&nbsp; Some houses deserve to have stone lions along the walkway.&nbsp; They are grand homes, the type of country place where you&#8217;d visit a wealthy uncle for a week and have your own room with a fireplace, and the staff would wake you at 10 for breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>The house where we saw this lion (and its partner) was not such a house.&nbsp; It is a nice house, lovingly modified and decorated by someone whose priorities are quite different from our own.&nbsp; But it does not deserve a lion.<br \/><span class=\"mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.parkercat.org\/doug_project_365\/assets_c\/2009\/02\/lion-202.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.parkercat.org\/doug_project_365\/assets_c\/2009\/02\/lion-thumb-512x340-202.jpg\" alt=\"lion.JPG\" class=\"mt-image-none\" height=\"340\" width=\"512\" \/><\/a><\/span> <\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, I made it one whole month with Project 365!&nbsp; I can&#8217;t say every picture is as interesting or as artistic as I might have hoped, but each day has a photo taken on that day.&nbsp; Let&#8217;s see if I can keep it up.
