We got these blood oranges from Imperfect Foods. As far as I can tell they’re just standard blood oranges. It’s sad to think they might be surplus because of someone trying to rename a food.
Built for it
Gandalf is built for the cold weather we’re experiencing. But he’s not above sitting pretty in front of the heat vent for some extra help.
Trickle
We have one bathroom over a crawlspace. Experience has taught us to leave the water running at a trickle in the temperatures that are predicted for tonight, to prevent frozen pipes.
Berries
The bright color of these berries really stands out on this grey, dingy day. But if there’s a color that says “don’t eat me” any stronger than this I don’t know what it is.

I opened our Imperfect Foods box and exclaimed, “Everything is round!”
