Here it’s got mounted the stacked lenses that I’ve been using for those “extreme closeup” shots.

This is a nailhead on our front porch.

It’s a tiny finish nail, maybe 4 penny.  I love how tiny grains of sand from winter are embedded in the nail head’s dimple.

One of the things I love about summer is flatbread on the grill.

These are semolina & whole wheat.

I made myself a nice breakfast of banana bread french toast, homemade sausages, and coffee.

We’ve been looking forward to these flowers blooming ever since we planted them.

We have this little solar-powered LED light inside a bird feeder on our deck.  It doesn’t really shed enough light to be useful, but it is cool-looking.

This is a picture of a sparkle ball, one of the few toys a blind cat will play with.  What? You don’t recognize it?

We were treated to an excellent Independence Day fireworks display today.  Most of my shots came out defocused due to technical difficulties.  But this one was just too interesting to pass up.
