Tonight was our first use of the charcoal grill this season. Given we’ll be without a kitchen for most of the next 3 months, I predict a lot more of this in our future.

We met with the architect today and got close-to-final plans for our 3-season sunroom addition.

I recognize we had a very warm day today, but this is Just Too Damn Soon!

No, I’m not taking up snowboarding. This is an induction hotplate, for use in our temporary kitchen.

I upgraded my phone today. Here you see the three cell phones I’ve ever owned.

We had a Pi Day celebration at work today with, what else, pies!  This was my entry.

I was saving this New World Stout for a cold, snowy evening.  But we didn’t have one this winter.

It seems like it’ll be a nice week to have a clean car.

Normally, mouse trouble means they’re getting into the house.  Not in this case. Mice had burrowed into some holes in our fieldstone foundation and were happily living inside the wall, exiting to the great outdoors. I wouldn’t care except they’re eating our flowers. I’ve now filled in those spaces with mortar, and so I’m hoping our unwanted tenants are evicted for good.
