Our kitchen sink is a Swiss brand. I think maybe they designed this rack’s spacing with bottles in mind.

This is what happens when the M&M making process goes horribly wrong. And no, I didn’t eat it.

Frost warning tonight.  I harvested the basil and made pesto, prepped here to be frozen in portion size (aka an ice cube tray).

We’re eating inside, and we’re eating lamb stew.

I knew I’d had a long and tiring day when I came home and what I wanted most was a tall drink… of ice water.

I made myself a decidedly Lis-unfriendly breakfast in her absence: mini cheddar & black pepper biscuits, and Chorizo with red-eye (coffee) gravy. Just waiting for the 2nd cup of coffee to be ready.

Greg wanted to try Parker & Winnie’s old feeding stations for their kitties.

This is my list of stuff to take to Lis at the hospital. (Note for FB people: she’s home now. This photo is from last Friday.)

I took advantage of being home today to get a Po’boy sandwich from a place in Newtonville that specializes in them.  This one’s shrimp.

5 pounds of fresh Marrakesh Express coffee for my office.

 

And yes, I get that song stuck in my head.  This is one reason we did not order Ring of Fire again.
