My verdict? Some interesting beers, but in comparison to the American Craft Beer Fest it felt very crowded and noisy with long lines.

…now that I have installed a dashboard mount for my GPS (aka phone).

Those who also follow Lis will know that we went to meet Stefan and Emily’s kittens this evening. I forgot my camera. Kittens are hard to photograph with a cell phone, especially when they’re curious.

I am now on my 4th cell phone ever. 

The flip phone is retired. The Droid I use as my alarm clock. The Razr Maxx I will probably re-purpose as a universal remote. And the new phone is a Moto X, bought outright (to keep Verizon unlimited data) at a price I could not resist.

Gandalf would like to be brushed, please.

This volcano on the planet Cookie is currently dormant, but could erupt chocolate at the least provocation.

My 6-day-old car was already filthy from road salt. So I washed it on this beautiful day, and got Rain-X done as well.

Our cleaning service does a much nicer job making the bed than we ever do.

Leftover paperwork from the accident & new car purchase.  I guess that’s what Saturday is for — along with getting a start on our taxes. Sometimes being an adult is no fun.
