Jeff and Claire hosted us at their place in Provincetown for a few days, and we rented a boat to go tooling around the harbor looking for seals.

Two red-eyed vireos from a fun nature walk with Claire. Neither Lis nor I had ever seen these in the wild before. So I guess I could say, “nothing for 55 years, and now twice in one day!”

We went to a drone art show in Boston, drone sky painting accompanying a live string quartet. Here’s a swan (for Swan Lake, naturally) over Harvard Stadium.

We stopped & got ice cream (and cheese, not shown) at High Lawn Farm, which makes its products right there on the farm from their own cows’ milk.

The nature highlight of our trip to Lenox was getting a really good look at this common yellowthroat, a species of warbler. He stuck around for a good 10 minutes moving from branch to branch, giving us a lot of good views.
