I discovered that our 2nd floor thermostat was slightly mis-programmed, and was making the bedroom 2 degrees warmer on Sunday night than any other night of the week. I wonder how long a lack of a good night’s sleep has been sabotaging my Monday mornings.

I think we’re good for meat, for the time being.

I do like to wear this shirt, but I generally will fix a computer for relatives or close friends, particularly when bribed with beer or food.

Time flies like a banana.

The beer I brewed last Friday is ready to rack to the secondary fermenter. I think this is going to a good one — true to style (Saison), with a nice spiciness from rye. It’s nice that I can do this work in the basement, now that we have a sink down here.

My backup software was kind enough to remind me I’d forgotten to re-enable it on my PC whose system disk I had to replace last week. That’s fixed now, and the laptop is backing itself up now too, even though I don’t keep anything important on here.

Cake, or cookie? How about a little of each?
