Kite

Today was a good day for flying our stunt kite, until we crashed it and broke the main spar. Fortunately, the fine folks at The Lazy Frog fixed us up with a replacement. (Photo taken August 23, 2013)

Not a poppy

At first, from a distance, I thought this was a poppy flower. Upon closer examination, the folks I was walking with convinced me it’s a hibiscus. (Photo taken August 22, 2013)

As is tradition, we played Disc Golf at the course on Martha’s Vineyard near the airport. Since the course is on public land, consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. (Photo taken August 20, 2013)
