Recently I have been watching Julia Child.  Despite the shows being nearly as old as I am, they’re still good.

I wore my sunglasses on the way home tonight, for the first part of the drive at least.

My ski boots, ready to go back down into the basement for the season.

The “longest steepest widest lift-serviced trail in the east.”  Though not any of those superlatives on their own.

Looks like a good day for some skiing.

I’m at Sunday River this weekend.  Our condo complex is truly ski-in/ski-out.

I’ve got some leftover white wine that’s past its prime, so I am making wine vinegar using the mother from a store-bought bottle of red wine vinegar. (Bonus points to those who can name the movie I’m quoting in this post’s title.)
